Hey there - we’re Adrian & Mwango a happily married couple for 26 years, best friends, and the voices behind Marriage and Relationship Conversation. We have 3 adorable children, Barak aged 25, Zoe aged 21 and Jesse aged 19. Family is everything for us.
We’re not here to pretend we have a perfect marriage. We’re here because we’ve walked through real-life challenges, late-night arguments, growing pains, and sweet victories. Through it all, one thing kept us grounded: conversations.
Our Story
We started this journey not as experts, but as two people committed to growing together.
Somewhere between work, family, and life’s everyday stress, we realised we were talking at each other instead of with each other. So we made a choice – to slow down, lean in, and have the conversations that really mattered.
The result was a reconnection, growth, healing and laughter. We now fight better and love deeply.
We are now here to share with you what we have learnt and continue to build on. We can help you create a safe space for honest and intentional conversations to grow your relationship. It takes one meaningful conversation at a time.
About Adrian
With a calm presence and razor-sharp insight, Adrian has a unique gift for helping couples uncover the real issues beneath the surface—and guiding them toward deep, lasting change. Drawing from a background in law (LLB Hons, University of London), Adrian brings a meticulous eye for detail and clarity to even the most tangled relationship challenges.
He holds a Master’s in Spiritual Formation from Middlesex University and is trained as a Mentor/Coach, Pastoral Carer, and Spiritual Director. Since the early 2000s, Adrian has walked alongside countless couples with wisdom, warmth, and a famously non-judgmental ear. His gentle approach and infectious sense of humour make it easy for people to open up and feel truly heard.
Whether you feel stuck, disconnected, or just want to grow stronger together, Adrian offers a safe space to explore, heal, and reconnect.
When he’s not coaching, you’ll find Adrian enjoying music, getting lost in a good book, or cheering on Arsenal FC (for better or worse!).
